A 28 year old Playboy model whose butt was used to hit a golf ball is now suing them .Elizabeth Dickson, 28, is suing Playboy Enterprises and radio host Kevin Klein for $500,000 plus punitive damages after he whacked her in the behind with a golf club while trying to hit a ball off a tee placed between the cheeks of her buttocks during an amateur golf tournament in California.
The model claims in a copy of the lawsuit that she gave no consent for the ball to actually be hit and that she has suffered pain, worrying and anxiety as a result of the incident
Dickson was invited to the Playboy Golf Finals held March 30, 2012 at the Industry Hills, according to the complaint. Klein is a co-host of the Playboy Morning Show.She complied with a request early in the day to lie ‘flat on her stomach with her buttocks partially exposed for a photograph’ with Klein.
‘A golf tee was then placed between the cheeks of her buttocks and a golf ball was balanced on top of the tee.
Dickson was led to believe that the pose would include only a depiction of Klein hitting the ball of the tee for a picture, and not him actually swinging the golf club – but he did swing the club, and he missed badly.
‘[Dickson] sustained severe bodily injuries, a portion of which are permanent,’ according to the lawsuit.

Dr Malik who delivered the baby said
‘The parents are very distressed and we are helping the family the best we can.We only came to know she was carrying conjoined twins after an ultrasound two weeks ago but it was too late to do anything by then.Now the baby is born we will do our best to save her and we hope to operate once her condition is more stable.’
Conjoined twins who share a single body have dicephalic parapagus - an extremely unusual form of conjoinment. Because they share the same body, it is not possible to separate dicephalic parapagus twins.

UPDATE: Missing Malaysian plane was Hijacked-Official reveals

After 7 days of speculation. Investigators have concluded that one or more people with significant flying experience hijacked the missing Malaysia Airlines jet, switched off communication devices and steered it off-course.A Malaysian official told AP that no motive has been established and no demands have been made known, and it is not yet clear where the plane was taken.
However, the representative who spoke on condition of anonymity, said that hijacking was no longer just a theory: 'It is conclusive'.
The Boeing 777's communication with the ground was severed just under one hour into a flight March 8 from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing.
Malaysian officials have said radar data suggests it may have turned back and crossed over the Malaysian peninsula after setting out on a northeastern path toward the Chinese capital.
The Malaysian official said only a skilled aviator could navigate the plane the way it was flown after its last confirmed location over the South China Sea, and that it appeared to have been steered to avoid radar detection. The plane had enough fuel to fly for at least five hours after its last know location, meaning a vast swath of South and Southeast Asia would be within its reach.

According to a TMZ report, Chris Brown was arrested in Malibu yesterday after getting kicked out of rehab for violating rules...

NEWS: Us Airways plane blows tyre,skids off runway and nose gear collapses after takeoff

 With the Malaysian plane still missing, U.S. Airways Flight 1702 was heading to Fort Lauderdale, Florida when  the front tyre blew out and the pilot decided to abort takeoff. The nose gear then collapsed when the pilot tried to land the plane again.
The plane was carrying 149 passengers and five crew who emerged unhurt ..A Passenger told CBS

NEWS: Angry Youths Batter Estate Agent In Lagos (Abule Egba)

An estate agent, Otunba Kehinde Adeosun, has been battered by angry youths in Abule -Egba area of Lagos State, southwest Nigeria, for allegedly storming the area with thugs to remove the roofs, doors and windows of their houses.

The victim who is nursing a broken skull is receiving treatment at a hospital. The suspected thugs also vandalised the house of a local chief who had fled the area to avoid being attacked. P.m News gathered that youths in the community mobilized and went to the agent’s house to attack him and his son.

The clash followed a land dispute which had lingered for many years in the area  but was recently resolved by a Supreme Court judgement, affirming the Iyorun Family of Awori Abule-Egba as the rightful owner of the controversial land.

However, it was alleged that some of the landlords who occupied the land refused to comply with the court judgment.

P.m News learnt that trouble began between Adeosun and the youths when he was contracted by Iyorun Family to carry out the development of the landed property after the family won the court case.
He was also mandated by the family to ask occupants of the land to pay N6 million  for the ratification of ownership of their houses on the land.

It was alleged that Adeosun with some thugs went to the area to vandalise the houses of those he considered to have defied the court judgment.

And in annoyance, the affected youths allegedly went to his house to attack him.

Speaking with P.m News in the hospital, Adeosun said: “I was asked to manage the property and most of the landlords occupying the land have paid for the ratification of their houses, including a retired Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG). Those who are now fomenting trouble are the ones that refused to pay.

“ Instead of them to comply they went to employ the services of Prince Adedipe Ewenla, another estate agent,  who led over a hundred of thugs to attack  me and my son with guns and broken bottles. They also took N1, 150, 000 in my car. I wanted to use the money when  I travel to Abuja.”

However, Ewenla has denied mobilizing thugs to attack Adeosun, saying that he was attacked by the aggrieved youths of the community who perhaps may have protested the removal of their roofs.


“I am not fighting Otunba.  He is the one oppressing the community members with thugs and destroying their buildings without any demolition order from the court. I have three properties in the community and one of them is affected.  The landlords have agreed to pay the N6 million demanded by the Iyorun family. But they asked the family to allow them pay  instalmentally,” he said.

According to a report on Not Just OK, Jaywon has written a lawyer to his record label Kennis Label through his attorney requesting to buy out the remaining of his record contract.

Imo State Police Command yesterday arrested a 400 level student of Federal University of Technology (FUTO), Unamaka Bright for alleged armed robbery. Bright who hails from Akabo in Ikeduru Local Government Area of the state was arrested after a shoot–out with the Police by some hoodlums suspected to be armed robbers operating inside a hotel located along FUTO Ihiagwa Road. The Imo State Commissioner of Police, Abdulmajid Ali who disclosed this to newsmen in Owerri while parading the suspects along with others arrested for various crimes, said that upon arrest, one locally made Signal barrel pistol and live cartridges were recovered from the said Bright. According to Abdulmajid “acting on a tip off on the kidnap of one Cyril Echesi who was abducted on the Express Road along Uli-Ihiala LGA, Anambra State by gunmen numbering about four and a lady operating in a black Toyota Camry car, our men through its interstate dragnet intercepted the hoodlums between the boundary of Ohaji, Imo State and River state.” In the process, the police boss said Cyprian Uduak Sylvester aged 37 from Akwa Ibom State, Endurance Happ 21, Chima Obi Omelo and Chijioke Odunze aged 24 were arrested.

Abdulmajid added that his men on March 2 through its community dragnets arrested one of the members of a threeman gang who specialised in baby stealing for ritual and money making purposes. According to him, the three men had jumped the fence of one Susnne Udeze of Umuduruji Umuchoke Amaigbo in the Nwagele LGA into her kitchen and forcefully carried away her one year and eight months grand son and escaped into the bush.

The 2nd man is Delavar Seyed Mohammadreza, 29. They both travelled to Malaysia on their Iranian passports before switching to the stolen Austrian and Italian documents.

#News: Father & daughter drown as their vehicle plunge into Lagoon in Lagos

A man and his daughter on Tuesday morning February 4th drowned in Lagos as a Toyota SUV in which they were travelling fell off the Ikota Bridge in Ajah and plunged into a lagoon.

Mr Femi Oke-Osanyintolu, the General Manager, Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA), confirmed the incident in Lagos.

He said that the man’s wife was thrown out by the vehicle as it somersaulted before plunging into the lagoon.

The LASEMA official said the accident occurred at about 1.00 a.m., and that the dead bodies had been deposited at a mortuary while the woman was taken to a hospital. Continue..

"We have recovered the dead bodies and have transferred them to the appropriate quarters for the necessary actions. The woman, rescued at the scene by emergency officials, has been taken to a hospital for treatment. Search for the vehicle, an ash Toyota jeep, is still ongoing. We are doing everything to get it out of the lagoon,’’ he said.

The general manager, who had yet to ascertain the cause of the accident, urged the state residents to be safety-conscious.

#News: First Lady Patience Jonathan pays for heart surgery (800 children)

Rabiu Obere from Nasarawa; Sultan Lamidi from Lagos; Salamatu Abdulsamad from Kano; Noah Ezeilo from Imo and Sita Omago from Akwa Ibom, are among the more than 800 children that First Lady Patience Jonathan's NGO, The A. Aruera Foundation, paid their medical bills to undergo heart related surgeries in India.

While receiving the last batch of the children from India, Dame Jonathan expressed her gratitude to God for the safe return of each child, noting that since the process started in 2013, no death has been recorded.

"We have treated more than 800 patients with no record of casualty; I’m happier than you, the parents" she said. She disclosed that a 250-bed hospital facility edicated to the treatment of children with heart related diseases was under construction and would soon be commissioned.

#News: Why Did The Catholic Church Overlook OJB Jezreel’s Polygamous Status?

On January 19, 2014 OJB Jezreel and his family including his three wives Mabel, June and Korede Okungbowa and seven children attended a thanksgiving service at St. Leo’s Catholic Church, Ikeja.

Questions are now being asked about why the Catholic Church welcomed the musician who’s obviously a polygamist.
The Roman Catholic Church clearly condemns polygamy. The Catechism of the Catholic Church lists it in paragraph 2387 under the category ‘Other offenses against the dignity of marriage‘. It states that it ‘is not in accord with the moral law‘.

Also in paragraph 1645 under the category ‘The Goods and Requirements of Conjugal Love‘, it states ‘The unity of marriage, distinctly recognized by our Lord, is made clear in the equal personal dignity which must be accorded to husband and wife in mutual and unreserved affection. Polygamy is contrary to conjugal love which is undivided and exclusive‘.

‘I don’t understand why my Church will allow this man with three wives, a proud polygamist into the Church of Christ. This is not right’, a St. Leo’s Catholic Church member who’d rather remain anonymous said on the day of the thanksgiving.

However a representative for the Church who chose to remain anonymous said ‘We knew about OJB and the thanksgiving but not about his three wives. We certainly do not support polygamy‘.
